These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiliif ("jiliif", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliif.vip. By accessing jiliif, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliif platform.

1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

  • "Platform" means the jiliif website at jiliif.vip, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming services operated thereon.
  • "Account" means a registered player account created on the jiliif Platform.
  • "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's jiliif wallet, excluding any bonus credits.
  • "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free spins, or other incentive credits granted by jiliif under specific promotional terms.
  • "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
  • "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
  • "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose license jiliif operates.
  • "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to jiliif's services is prohibited by applicable law or by jiliif's operational policy.
  • "Malicious Activity" includes but is not limited to collusion, chip dumping, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any activity intended to defraud the Platform or other players.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the jiliif Platform. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. jiliif strictly enforces this requirement.

Important: Providing false information regarding your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance associated with such an Account will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any winnings derived from wagers placed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that your use of the jiliif Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. jiliif's services are primarily intended for eligible residents of the Philippines. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal or restricted, you do so at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent that: (a) you are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (b) you are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of jiliif or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person; (c) you are not self-excluded from any gaming platform; and (d) you are not included on any list of prohibited persons published by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory body.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to notify jiliif promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account. Duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts are strictly prohibited. If jiliif identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, jiliif reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated wagers or winnings, and retain any bonus amounts claimed across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password not used for other services; (b) never share your account credentials with any third party; (c) log out of shared or public devices after each session; (d) notify jiliif's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jiliif is required under PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys, driver's license, passport, or postal ID), proof of address, and in certain cases, proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account restriction.

KYC verification does not affect your ability to play — only your ability to withdraw funds until verification is complete.

4 Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliif accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Current available methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method. Deposit limits may be set individually on your Account in accordance with your responsible gaming preferences.

4.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. jiliif reserves the right to return funds received from an unrecognized source and to close the associated Account pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on jiliif are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliif is not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible. jiliif aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of funds is conditional upon: (a) completion of KYC identity verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) absence of any pending investigation related to the Account; and (d) compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal of Winnings

jiliif reserves the right to void winnings and refuse withdrawal where there is reasonable evidence of: exploiting a software error or technical malfunction; unauthorized use of third-party software; collusion; or any other form of fraudulent activity as defined in Section 8.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers issued by jiliif are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus credits must be wagered the specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate toward satisfying the wagering requirement. The applicable contribution rates are published on each promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiliif reserves the right to refuse, modify, or revoke any bonus where: (a) the bonus was claimed in violation of the applicable terms; (b) jiliif reasonably believes the player is abusing the promotional system; (c) the Account has been flagged for suspicious activity.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus credits that are not wagered within the specified validity period (as stated in the applicable promotion terms) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice.

The Golden Bank loyalty program operates under its own reward terms, which are available on the Golden Bank page. Golden Bank coins are earned on qualifying wagers and are not withdrawable as cash — they are redeemable for specified rewards per the program rules.

7 Gameplay & Wagering Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jiliif Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between a game display and the underlying game logic, the game server result shall be final.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or server failure during a game round, jiliif reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. jiliif is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of anticipated winnings, or service disruption resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Incomplete Transactions

If a game session is interrupted due to network disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue before a round is completed, jiliif's systems will either resolve the round according to the game outcome already determined by the server, or void the wager and return the stake. The method of resolution depends on the point at which the interruption occurred.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before a wager is placed. jiliif reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Stake limits may also vary depending on the Player's Account tier and the game type.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliif Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

  • Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials;
  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage in gameplay;
  • Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated fraudulent play with other players;
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Engaging in any money laundering, structuring, or other activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines or any other applicable financial crime legislation;
  • Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent geographic restrictions;
  • Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward jiliif staff or other players;
  • Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account;
  • Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercializing access to your Account or any winnings derived therefrom.
Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of wagers and winnings, forfeiture of deposited funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Player Welfare Commitment

jiliif is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section within your Account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

9.2 Available Tools

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Alerts: Receive in-platform notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed and require identity re-verification.

9.3 Mandatory Exclusion

jiliif will comply with any mandatory exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. Players included on PAGCOR's exclusion registry will be refused access to the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliif Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is owned by or licensed to jiliif and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not: reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jiliif's prior written consent; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or use any automated means to access, scrape, or index Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliif's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliif shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; (c) any service interruption caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications failure, or force majeure events; or (d) any loss arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliif's liability for death or personal injury caused by jiliif's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By jiliif

jiliif reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) jiliif reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) the Account is subject to regulatory investigation; (c) jiliif is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; or (d) jiliif decides, at its sole discretion, to discontinue offering services to a particular player or in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons not related to fraud or breach of Terms, jiliif will return any verified Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 By the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jiliif's support team via the Live Chat function in your account dashboard. Any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

13 Disputes

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or any other matter arising from your use of jiliif, you must first contact jiliif's customer support team through the Live Chat function or via email at [email protected]. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

jiliif will acknowledge your dispute within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case jiliif will notify you of the expected resolution timeframe.

13.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with jiliif's resolution of your dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Mediation Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. jiliif will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jiliif reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where jiliif is required to make immediate changes due to regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in Section 12.2.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jiliif shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

jiliif's operations are conducted under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. In all matters relating to gaming regulation, the rules and directives of PAGCOR shall take precedence over any provision of these Terms.
