1 Introduction

2 Data Controller Identity

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and this Policy, the data controller in respect of the personal information processed through the jiliif platform is jiliif, the operator of jiliif.vip, operating under PAGCOR licensing.

jiliif has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection law. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Policy.

3 Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Registration Data

When you create a jiliif account, we collect: full legal name; date of birth; Philippine mobile number; email address; username; and account password (stored in hashed form — jiliif never stores plaintext passwords).

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, jiliif is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC data collected may include: copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or postal ID); proof of address documents; and in certain cases, enhanced due diligence information for higher-value transactions.

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

8 Data Security Measures

jiliif implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is either permanently deleted from jiliif's systems or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any identifiable individual, whichever is more operationally appropriate.

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether jiliif processes your personal data, and to receive a copy of the personal data held about you, together with information on how it is being used.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held by jiliif. Minor corrections (e.g., email address updates) can be made directly from your account settings.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent. This right is subject to jiliif's legal retention obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to jiliif in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where technically feasible.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where jiliif relies on legitimate interests as the legal basis, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe jiliif has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines through the NPC's official channels.

jiliif will acknowledge all data subject rights requests within five (5) business days and aim to resolve them within fifteen (15) business days. Complex requests may require additional time, in which case you will be notified of the expected timeframe.

11 Minors & Age Restriction

jiliif's services are strictly limited to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. jiliif does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in jiliif's account verification process. Any account discovered to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately. All personal data associated with such an account will be deleted in accordance with this Policy, except where retention is required by applicable law for the purposes of recording the age verification failure.

If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on jiliif, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

jiliif's primary data processing and storage infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where jiliif engages authorised service providers that are located outside the Philippines — for example, certain cloud infrastructure or KYC technology providers — any transfer of personal data to such providers is subject to the following safeguards:

  • The recipient country or organisation provides an adequate level of protection for personal data that is comparable to Philippine standards, as assessed by reference to the NPC's guidelines.
  • Where adequate protection cannot otherwise be assured, jiliif implements contractual safeguards (including Data Processing Agreements that incorporate standard contractual clauses) with the relevant service provider before any transfer occurs.
  • All cross-border transfers are disclosed to the NPC as required by the Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules.

jiliif does not transfer your personal data to third countries for purposes other than those described in this Policy.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jiliif reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the jiliif platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of jiliif after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account in accordance with jiliif's Terms and Conditions.
